How do I apply for Amazon Career Choice Book Reimbursement?

This article is specifically for Amazon employees using the Amazon Career Choice tuition benefit to attend the Maricopa Community Colleges.

You can upload a receipt for books/fees reimbursement from the day your class starts and up to 60 days after the end date of the course.

How to Apply for Reimbursement

  1. Start on the the Main Page
  2. Click on "Dashboard"
  3. Select "Tuition Payment Requests"
  4. Select "Request Reimbursement"
  5. Select Attach files to upload your receipt
  6. Click "Submit"

Reimbursement Status 

You can check the progress of the request by reviewing the Applications section from Your Account.

Your reimbursement file is sent to the Payroll team on the 5th and 20th of each month. After it’s processed, you will receive the reimbursement within two to three pay cycles from the date it was sent to Payroll. The amount reimbursed will be included in your regular payment method, and will also be reflected in your pay statement under Adjustments as Acc-Reimburse.
